Qualifications

• +2 years of experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions, including Technical Lead or Technical Architect responsibilities on enterprise implementations.
• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, Azure DevOps, and ALM.
• Proven ability to lead architecture workshops, technical discovery sessions, solution design activities, and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse technical architecture, including solution design, extensibility patterns, configuration vs. customization decisions, and technical debt management.
• Lead enterprise-scale delivery from discovery, estimation, and architecture design through build, testing, deployment, go-live, stabilization, and production support.
• Define technical architecture deliverables, standards, and governance processes, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Design and govern enterprise integration architectures leveraging Azure Integration Services, APIs, event-driven patterns, and third-party integrations.
• Lead data architecture activities including data modelling, migration strategy, data quality, and integration design.
• Define and enforce Azure DevOps and ALM strategies, including environment management and CI/CD pipelines.
