Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Dynamics 365 CE Technical Architect to lead end-to-end technical delivery for global enterprise clients. The role is fully remote, billable, and requires hands-on design of Dataverse-first environments, plugins, and Power Platform solutions.

You will mentor developers, run architecture workshops, and collaborate with Microsoft FastTrack to validate high-impact solutions. A strong leadership mindset and 5+ years’ experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Dynamics 365 CE Architect in consulting or enterprise delivery.
• Deep mastery of Dynamics 365 modules and Power Platform.
• Proficient in C# and JavaScript for custom development.
• Experience with ALM in Power Platform environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MS certifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own full-lifecycle technical delivery from architectural design through deployment and post‑go-live support.
• Design Dataverse‑first architectures, data models, security, and multi-environment strategies.
• Build complex C# plugins, custom integrations, Power Automate flows, model‑driven apps, and Power Pages.
• Lead architecture workshops, assist sales with technical scoping, and drive POC initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate technical delivery blockers, risks, and performance bottlenecks.
• Mentor consultants through hands‑on coaching and contribute to the Microsoft ecosystem.
