ERTH Corporation is seeking an Information Systems / Cloud Specialist to join our IT team in Ingersoll, ON, with limited hybrid flexibility. You will manage cloud environments, Microsoft 365 governance, security, and scalable technology solutions to support diverse sectors.

The role requires strong virtualization, networking, and security skills, and a proactive approach to optimizing operations and costs across on‑premises and cloud resources.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated experience administering and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, virtualization and cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and enterprise identity and access management.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, licensing, and user management.
• Experience administering AWS and/or Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
• Proficiency in virtualization and hyper-converged infrastructure solutions; experience with Nutanix, Scale Computing, VMware, or Hyper-V is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support for internal staff and external stakeholders, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and service improvements.
• Participate in design, implementation, administration, monitoring, and maintenance of enterprise infrastructure, systems, networks, security and data protection applications.
• Administer and support cloud environments, including AWS and Azure, ensuring secure, efficient operation of cloud resources.
• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, licensing, and user management.
• Install, configure, manage, and support virtualization and data center technologies (Nutanix/VMware/Hyper-V) and related network infrastructure.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and develop cost‑effective technology solutions; maintain documentation and DR plans.
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to deliver technology projects and enhancements.
