Job summary

YuJa Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to join our Client Success team in Canada. You will drive post-sales success, client retention, and revenue growth through strategic upselling and renewals.

As a trusted advisor, you will help clients maximize value from our SaaS solutions and identify opportunities to expand engagement with YuJa. This is an office-based role with standard hours, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in client/customer support or related role.
• Strong sales mindset with ability to convey value of product enhancements.
• Proactive communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Comfort engaging with senior-level professionals and managing their needs.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with enterprise clients through tailored onboarding and training for all SaaS products.
• Lead renewal negotiations and manage contract changes efficiently.
• Upsell add-ons or widgets with relevant features.
• Prepare accurate price quotations for upgrades and additional services.
• Provide training and support to maximize client value and ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor accounts for trends and risks, and share insights with stakeholders.
• Resolve technical issues across products to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Provide regular progress updates to clients and internal teams.
