Apex Systems is a staffing and consulting firm and we are looking for an Enterprise Change Manager/Trainer with 7-10 +years of experience in coaching in an Agile environment with lean principles, experience with content writing and design, exposure to the financial industry, and experience working on large transformational mandates across enterprises across technology teams to place at our client, a large North American bank.

Contract: 8-month rolling contract
Location: Toronto, Downtown Core, 3 days/week onsite

Responsibilities:
This will be a Change Manager/Trainer, who will start with creating learning content and ultimately evolve to direct communication with our target group in the financial industry. The D elivery Enablement team is seeking an experienced, innovative individual that can design workshops and build engagement in support of our mission to adopt modern engineering practices across the organization. Our mandate is to educate and empower engineering teams to adopt engineering practices, methods, and tools to elevate their productivity and quality of output. This position will support the team mission, of a digital first approach, driving innovative ideas while adhering to internal standards.
This role contributes to the team’s areas of focus in vital ways, including creating content for executive level presentations, enhancing and editing content, which the team and its partners develop, and producing high-quality text and multimedia content including icons, videos and infographics.
Key Qualifications:
- 7-10+ years of experience as an Enterprise Change Manager
- Experience in writer / designer / editor role (5+ years).
- Ability to quickly produce executive-level, high-quality product and content.
- Strong writing, editing and communication skills.
- Experience working in a large-scale multi-national organization.
- Experience producing content to enact and anchor mindset shift.
- Ability to influence others and communicate complex information simply and clearly.
- Understanding of visual design principles and best practices.
- Excellent ability in Microsoft PPT presentation creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
- Video creation capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working collaboratively or independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing content for Atlassian Confluence platform
- Understanding of financial services environment.
- Familiarity with modern engineering practices, such as Lean Agile.
- Experience presenting content to large groups and fostering engagement.
