Apex Systems is a staffing and consulting firm seeking an Enterprise Change Manager / Trainer with 7-10+ years of experience in coaching within an Agile environment, lean principles, content writing and design, and experience working on large transformational mandates across technology teams for a major North American bank.

Contract : 8-month rolling contract

Location : Toronto, Downtown Core, 3 days / week onsite

Responsibilities :

The Change Manager / Trainer will develop learning content and engage directly with target groups in the financial industry. The role involves designing workshops, building engagement, and supporting the adoption of modern engineering practices. The position includes creating content for executive presentations, editing, and producing multimedia content such as videos and infographics.

Key Qualifications :

• 7-10+ years as an Enterprise Change Manager
• 5+ years as a writer / designer / editor
