Job summary
Source Code is seeking a Sr. IT AI Architect/Designer to lead enterprise AI strategy and the design of AI-enabled contact center solutions for the Ontario Public Service.
You will architect AI systems, guide implementation, and drive modernization of conversational AI and IVR across platforms such as Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud, and NICE CXone. Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture and software delivery.
- 4+ years designing and implementing AI/ML solutions.
- 4+ years designing conversational AI and related tech.
- Experience designing AI-enabled contact center solutions.
- Experience with contact center platforms and AI integrations.
- Proficiency with major AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, Lex, Bedrock, etc.).
- Ability to lead AI and CX transformation initiatives.
- Experience modernizing IVR and digital engagement platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop AI strategy and define architectural viewpoints (conceptual, logical, physical).
- Lead design, implementation and evolution of AI/Conversational AI solutions for OPS contact center modernization.
