Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to work for our client in either Montreal, Quebec, Canada or Greater Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Pay Rate : CA$26.00 / hour

6+ month Contract role with possibility of extension / conversion

Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM

Location : Hybrid in GTA (2 days onsite; 3 days remote)

Our Client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Account Manager to join our Enterprise Team in the regional segment. In this role, you will work closely with our client's enterprise restaurant partners to drive operational excellence, optimize restaurant relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including restaurant support, product, sales, marketing, and operations to maximize value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build Strong Relationships : Establish trust with C-level executives and key decision-makers within partner organizations.
  • Drive Business Success : Work with top enterprise partners to execute their highest-priority initiatives.
  • Be the Primary Contact : Serve as the go-to point-of-contact for enterprise partners, ensuring a positive experience from store managers to C-suite executives.
  • Analyze and Communicate Performance : Provide meaningful insights, track initiatives, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Support Store Launches : Collaborate with city and central operations to execute enterprise store openings effectively.
  • Manage Escalations : Address and resolve partner concerns while providing proactive solutions.
  • Optimize Partnership Strategies : Help shape the way we interact with enterprise partners, continuously identifying ways to add value.
  • Balance Strategy and Execution : Stay organized while navigating high-level strategy and detailed execution.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work with Product, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to drive successful outcomes.
  • Solve Problems Creatively : Use critical thinking to handle difficult partner conversations and improve relationships.

  • Proven experience in account management, customer success, or operations within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and present insights to key decision-makers.

  • Comfortable navigating internal processes and collaborating across multiple teams.
