Job description

The Enrollment Consultant is responsible for engaging and enrolling candidates into their Right Management service benefit program by providing a 'best in class' customer service and experience in an inbound and outbound call center environment.

Efficient and effective enrollment directly correlates to the total utilization of programs and overall take-up, which impacts Right Management's profitability and revenue.

This position is project-based, with hours varying based on business needs and volume, not exceeding 28 hours per week.

Accountabilities

1. Results & Strategy: The Enrollment Consultant must successfully contact candidates via various methods to enroll them in the appropriate Right Management program. They must assess and identify any special needs or issues influencing engagement, explain our service offerings, assist with service mode preferences, and offer start scenarios to initiate services. Maintaining data integrity and accurate records in various systems is also required.
2. Client & Candidate: Provide an exceptional experience to ensure candidates and clients utilize and succeed in the programs selected for them.
3. Thought Leadership: Lead with the guiding values of ManpowerGroup and ensure relevant industry knowledge is shared with candidates.

Qualifications

Experience

• Industry: Virtual contact center experience preferred
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Technology: Competency in MS Office, ability to multitask, high data integrity
• Experience: Excellent customer service skills

Nice to Have

• Language: Bilingual in English and French or Spanish
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role

This is an hourly position with a pay rate of $21-22 per hour.
