Job Description - Enrollment Consultant – Project Employee (0033153)

Location: Canada (Remote)

Description: The Enrollment Consultant is responsible for engaging and enrolling candidates into their Right Management service benefit program by providing a ‘best in class’ customer service experience in an inbound and outbound call center environment.

Efficient enrollment directly impacts program utilization, overall take-up, and the profitability and revenue of Right Management.

This is a project-based position with hours varying based on business needs, not exceeding 28 hours per week.

Accountabilities

1. Results & Strategy: Contact candidates via various methods to enroll them in the appropriate Right Management program. Assess and address any special needs or issues influencing engagement, explain service offerings, assist with service mode preferences, and facilitate start scenarios to initiate services. Maintain data integrity and accurate records across systems.
2. Client & Candidate Experience: Provide exceptional service to ensure candidates and clients successfully utilize the programs.
3. Thought Leadership: Lead with ManpowerGroup's guiding values and share relevant industry knowledge with candidates.

Qualifications

Experience:

• Industry: Virtual contact center experience preferred
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Technology: Proficiency in MS Office, multitasking skills, high data integrity
• Customer Service: Excellent skills required

Nice to Have:

• Languages: Bilingual in English, French, or Spanish
• Previous experience in a similar role

Compensation: $21-22 per hour
