Job summary

The University of Waterloo is seeking an Undergraduate Recruitment Coordinator to develop strategic recruitment communications and initiatives supporting annual undergraduate recruitment plans for Engineering. You will manage events, content development for print and online media, and social media outreach to prospective students.

Reporting to the Associate Director, Admissions, you will build relationships with domestic and international students, coordinate campus and off-campus recruitment

Qualifications

• Completion of a post-secondary degree; an undergraduate Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in student recruitment, marketing and communications is preferred.
• Experience in not-for-profit contexts is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement undergraduate recruitment communications and events.
• Manage print and online content, digital media, and social media campaigns.
• Represent Engineering on committees and coordinate with faculty and central teams.
• Lead and train liaison officers and student volunteers.
• Build relationships with domestic and international students and teachers.
