This is administrative and technical work at the sub-professional level involving coordination of design, contract documentation, contract administration, and contractors on construction projects. An employee in this role prepares reports, project specifications, schedules, cost estimates, conducts field inspections, recommends subdivision design criteria, investigates traffic issues, prepares drawings and maps, and responds to related inquiries. The work requires considerable independence within the parameters set by a supervisor.
