A leading logistics company is seeking an experienced engineering professional to optimize operational efficiencies across their district. The role involves advising on engineering processes, conducting facility visits, and collaborating with management to enhance performance. Ideal candidates should have a strong background in engineering or operations management, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. GENERAL SUMMARY
Advises, plans, develops, and designs District engineering and operational plans to optimize efficiencies in business objectives. Leverages operational knowledge of various facilities, their specific engineering processes, and operational systems. Collaborates with Managers to monitor adherence to plans, identify root causes of deficiencies, develop and implement corrective actions, and support compliance and training efforts within the District.
Essential Functions
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Logistics, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math required, or an equivalent combination of four years’ relevant experience plus minimum required experience with a high school diploma/GED or unrelated Bachelor’s degree.
