Job summary

Maya HTT, a world leading software developer, is seeking a Manager, Engineering Solutions in Montreal. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of about 15 engineers across four countries, owning the unit’s P&L and delivering complex engineering software solutions.

Experience leading technical or engineering teams in industrial/engineering software or professional services.

Responsibilities

Own the engineering Solutions business unit P&L, revenue, profitability, forecasting, capacity and delivery performance.
Lead a multidisciplinary team of ~15 engineers across four countries with accountability for growth and capability.
Own customer engagements, translate problems into technical solutions, and manage risk and delivery.
Guide capabilities including custom software development, CAD customization, automation, and data/workflow integration.
Drive adoption of AI and agentic engineering approaches and shape future engineering workflows.
