Job summary

Maya HTT, a world-leading developer of digital industries software solutions, seeks an AI/ML Scientist to lead RAG pipelines and scalable AI systems at Industry 4.0's frontier.

You will architect, deploy LLM-powered solutions for predictive maintenance and smart factories, collaborating with engineers, data scientists and domain experts to move models from idea to production in Montreal and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying RAG-based LLM architectures.
• Strong Python and deep learning skills.
• Experience with ML in production (MLOps, monitoring, deployment).
• Fluency in time-series modeling and anomaly detection.
• Ability to bridge cutting-edge AI with engineering/manufacturing domains.
• Familiarity with Agentic framework.

We’re looking for an exceptional AI/ML Scientist to spearhead the development of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and large-scale AI systems that solve real-world engineering and manufacturing challenges.

What You’ll Do:

• Design & build RAG-based LLM architectures that merge industrial data and technical documentation with generative AI
• Collaborate with industrial engineers, data scientists, and domain experts to deploy AI systems in production

What We Expect You Will Contribute:

• Hands-on expertise in RAG pipelines (LLMs + vector DBs + retrievers)
• Strong Python & deep learning (e.g., PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain)
• Fluency in time-series modeling, anomaly detection, and ML for physical systems
• Real experience with ML in production: MLOps, model monitoring, deployment
• Ability to bridge cutting-edge AI with complex engineering and manufacturing domains
• Experience with Agentic framework

Nice to have:

• Deep understanding of vector databases (e.g., QDrant, FAISS, and/or Pinecone)
• Experience with knowledge extraction, NLP methods
• Familiarity with digital twins, industrial systems, manufacturing environment constraints
