Job summary

Hypertec, a global technology leader, seeks a Solutions Architect to join its Sales team in Montreal. You will translate customer requirements into scalable solutions across AI, HPC, compute, storage, and data center tech.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support, lead technical discovery, create BOMs and architecture diagrams, and ensure solutions meet performance and deployment needs. This hybrid role offers strong benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology related field.
• Proven track record in IT infrastructure with server architecture knowledge.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with customers and stakeholders.
• Ability to connect IT services to business objectives and outcomes.
• Experience moving from strategy to execution in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead during the sales cycle, translating customer requirements into scalable, cost-effective solutions.
• Design comprehensive solutions for AI, HPC, compute, storage, networking, and data center technologies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and Support to develop technical strategies for opportunities and RFPs.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and customer presentations to understand workloads and objectives.
• Create BOMs, architecture diagrams, statements of work, and deployment plans.
