Job summary

RWDI is seeking a Project Manager to identify, pursue, and close new business in the engineering consulting sector from our Guelph office. You will lead client relationships, coordinate a project team, and ensure on-time delivery and profitability.

The role requires a strategic mindset, proven BD and PM experience, and willingness to travel, including the USA. The position offers a competitive compensation package with annual bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience in BD and PM in engineering consulting.
• Ability to travel, including to the USA.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and facilitate new business.
• Create and deliver proposals with scope, fees, and qualifications for RFPs.
• Oversee project team to meet objectives and ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage project finances, invoices, and receivables.
• Develop and deliver presentations at project meetings and industry events.
