What You'll Do:

1. Partner with Dev Leads, Engineering Managers, and Tech Leaders to identify and align the right priorities.
2. Work with teams to deliver projects and programs on time, on budget, and with the right quality.
3. Orchestrate work among the teams involved (dependencies) and manage risk proactively.
4. Assist the teams with their transformation and help them optimize their workflows.
5. Leverage your soft power to influence the organization and challenge the status quo.

Who You Are:

• BS/MS in Software Engineering or related field (equivalent experience may be acceptable).
• 4+ years of experience in software engineering and a passion for technology.
• A passion for Project Management, helping teams structure their plans and offerings.
• A keen sense of ownership for and experience managing the end-to-end project development cycle.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity.
• Excellent problem-solving and influencing skills without authority.
• Experience balancing resources and priorities.
• Focus and attention to detail as a project manager.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to tailor communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
