Job summary

Arc’teryx is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a talented team of web and mobile developers in building and maintaining our e‑commerce platforms. You will guide architecture, ensure high-quality delivery, and influence the technical roadmap across front-end, back-end, and integrations with ERP systems.

You will manage a hybrid North Vancouver team, collaborate across squads, mentors, and drive best practices in SDLC, testing, and performance optimization for a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must have experience leading web/mobile development teams.
• Extensive Agile/Scrum experience.
• 7+ years of full‑stack web development experience.
• 3+ years of mobile app development experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and coaching to web and mobile teams.
• Attract and develop top software talent and build career paths.
• Define multi‑year technical vision and product roadmap for e‑commerce platforms.
• Review designs and code to ensure quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with product management to align strategy and delivery.
