• 3+ years managing software engineering teams.
• Collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Designers, and stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and deliver customer-impacting initiatives.
• Track record of hiring, mentoring, and performance management across levels.

Responsibilities

• People leadership: Hire, mentor, and grow a mixed-level team with clear goals and regular feedback.
• Own delivery planning and execution, including risk management and stakeholder communications.
• Developer velocity: Own SDLC and CI/CD governance, shorten feedback loops, streamline releases, and reduce engineering toil.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and other stakeholders to build a product that customers love.
• Ensure work aligns with product strategy and customer outcomes.
• Set and evolve team-level technical direction in alignment with broader architecture.
• Build a strong feedback culture focused on ownership, quality, and continuous improvement.
