Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in people leadership managing multiple teams.
• Strong technical grounding in web application architecture (React, Node.js) and APIs.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally with Product, Design, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Build and empower high-performing teams responsible for product fundamentals.
• Partner with Product and Design on roadmap definition and prioritization.
• Own and evolve on‑call, release, and incident management processes.
