• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years in team leadership or supervision.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise the Operations Support team to peak performance.
• Serve as primary liaison between Manufacturing Engineering and Operations.
• Define and execute the vision for the Operations Support department.
• Oversee day-to-day activities and ensure service commitments.
• Manage budgets for Operations Support and drive process improvements.
• Guide the team through complex problems and mitigate project risks.
