We’re looking for an Engineering Manager (.NET) to join our team and help lead the people and technology behind our platform.

This is an opportunity for an experienced engineering leader who enjoys being close to the technology, while also building strong teams, improving engineering practices and turning ambitious product ideas into reliable software.

What You’ll Do
Lead Technical Direction

  • Evaluate new frameworks, infrastructure, services and development approaches to solve business and technical challenges.
  • Establish and promote strong engineering practices, including code quality, testing, CI/CD, security and observability.
  • Help evolve our backend architecture as our platform and customer base continue to grow.
Build with AI
  • Champion the effective use of AI coding and development tools across the engineering lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities to use AI to improve developer productivity, testing, debugging, documentation and delivery.
  • Stay curious about emerging AI technologies and assess where they can create meaningful value for our products and engineering teams.
Partner Across the Business
  • Work closely with Product, QA, Customer Success and other stakeholders to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
  • Communicate technical decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Occasionally engage directly with customers to understand technical challenges and help resolve complex product issues.
What You’ll Bring
  • 7+ years of professional software development experience, with experience progressing into Technical Direction role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET / .NET Core and ASP.NET Core.
  • Strong experience with Entity Framework and relational databases, including database design, SQL, performance analysis and optimization.
