Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Cross Platform Experience, to own horizontal product responsibility across platforms, business units, and channels. You will ensure a coherent, scalable member journey and lead enterprise-wide initiatives with design, engineering, and data teams.

You will champion a unified member experience, drive roadmaps with executives, and optimize value delivery across the organization in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of Digital Product Management experience across multiple platforms or business units.
• University degree in Business, Technical, or Quantitative field; master's is a plus.
• Proven ability to present clear memos and recommendations to senior leadership across units.
• Strong ability to translate complex topics into practical business narratives.
• Excellent relationship-building with senior leaders, tech partners, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy, design, and delivery of unified member experience across platforms and lines of business.
• Drive initiatives from discovery through launch, measurement, and optimization.
• Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and trade-offs across platforms and stakeholders.
• Maintain alignment with senior leaders on priorities, milestones, and outcomes.
• Manage strategic platform and digital health partners and align roadmaps with enterprise priorities.
• Co-lead enterprise member experience roadmap with multiple business units.
