Qualifications

• Experience in application, solution, domain, or enterprise architecture within complex organizations.
• Ability to define architecture strategies, target-state roadmaps, and modernization plans.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, application modernization, integrations, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Experience leading architecture governance and guiding large-scale technology initiatives.
• Good understanding of security, risk, compliance, and data privacy requirements.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile and product-based delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve target-state architecture for a business or technology domain.
• Develop multi-year technology roadmaps supporting modernization and cloud adoption.
• Establish domain architecture standards, patterns, and governance processes.
• Lead architecture reviews and provide strategic oversight across large programs.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance capabilities.
• Partner with teams to assess and adopt technologies improving scalability and agility.
• Champions modern engineering practices and architectural excellence across delivery teams.
• Identify technical debt and modernization opportunities and prioritize investments.
