Job summary

Fluor Corp in Vancouver, BC is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team focused on power management, battery integration, and connected technology for marine applications. You will drive engineering execution from concept through production, coordinating with Product Management, Operations, Quality, Sourcing, and Sales to deliver innovative electronic products.

The role requires 5+ years in product development or manufacturing engineering, plus 3+ years of leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of product development and/or manufacturing engineering experience, ideally with electronic products.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of power electronics, battery systems, embedded systems, and electronic product development.

As part of continued growth and investment in next‑generation electrification technologies, they are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team focused on developing advanced power management, battery integration, and connected technology solutions.

The Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing a team of engineers and technical support professionals while driving the development of innovative electronic and mechatronic products from concept through production.

Working closely with Product Management, Operations, Quality, Sourcing, and Sales teams, the successful candidate will be responsible for engineering execution, resource planning, technology development, product innovation, and team leadership.
