Job summary

Volantes Technical Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a CAMO Manager to lead the technical services and CAMO side of the business for a leading airline client in the Middle East. This is a permanent role with a six-figure tax-free salary and benefits, onsite in Nb.

The candidate will oversee maintenance, reliability programmes, and an engineering team, ensuring compliance with Part-145 and CAMO requirements.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years' relevant aircraft maintenance experience (Boeing).
• 6 years' experience in Technical Services.
• Ideally hold an AML and Part-145/Part-CAMO experience.

Responsibilities

• Introduce, revise and manage maintenance and reliability programmes.
• Prioritise work requirements to keep aircraft serviceable with weekly team meetings.
• Manage the engineering team, including recruitment and staff development.
