You will oversee technical services and CAMO, lead the engineering team, and drive maintenance and reliability programmes to keep aircraft in a serviceable condition. The role includes recruitment and staff development, weekly reviews with project teams, and ensuring safety, compliance and on‑time

Qualifications

• 8-10 years' aircraft maintenance experience (Boeing).
• 6 years' experience in Technical Services.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ideally AML.
• Part-145 and Part-CAMO experience.
