Job summary

Coconut Software is seeking an Engineering Manager, Enablement, to lead and grow a critical Enablement team responsible for infrastructure, tooling, and customer implementation capabilities across our product platforms.

You will own intake, capacity planning, and delivery excellence, balancing roadmap work with operational demand while maintaining a blameless culture and strong team trust. This role also partners with enterprise clients to ensure successful implementations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience running one or more flavours of engineering enablement (platform/DevOps/data).
• 3+ years of people leadership experience with coaching, performance mgmt, growth.
• Hands-on engineering enablement domain knowledge across cloud infra, CI/CD, observability or modern practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Enablement teams, hire, onboard, coach and manage performance.
• Own intake, prioritization, and capacity planning to balance roadmaps and operational work.
• Partner with Product Management and Design to align enablement with product roadmaps.
• Oversee on-call rotations, incidentPlaybooks, and incident reviews with blameless culture.
• Collaborate with Enterprise clients and internal stakeholders to remove blockers.
