Lake Shore Gold in Timmins, Ontario, is seeking an Engineering Graduate / Engineer in Training to join the Bell Creek Mine on a full-time basis. The role offers a rotation through surface and underground engineering functions, including surveying, ventilation, ground control, and planning.
Relocation to the Timmins area is required. The position offers a salary of CAD 85,000–95,000 annually, with a Monday–Friday schedule and 10-hour days, plus benefits and growth opportunities.
Lake Shore Gold (a subsidiary of Pan American Silver) is located in Timmins, Ontario. The Bell Creek Complex, located approximately 20 kilometers northeast of Timmins, consists of an underground mine and processing facility. Mineralization is associated with the Porcupine-Destor fault system within the Abitibi greenstone belt, with ore mined by narrow vein longhole stoping methods. Ore is then transported to the surface via a modern 1080m deep shaft capable of 4800tpd.

We are looking to hire Engineering Graduate / Engineer in Training (EIT) to join our Bell Creek Mine in Porcupine, ON., on a full-time basis. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8 hrs/day or 4 on, 3 off, 10hrs/day.
Compensation: This position offers a salary range of $85,000 - $95,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
Vacancy Status: This is an existing vacancy. The successful candidate may begin as soon as possible.
Please note that this role requires relocation to the Timmins area and is not a camp-based position.
As an Engineer in Training/Engineering Graduate, you will follow a rotation through various engineering functions (on surface and underground) that may include: surveying, ventilation, ground control, longhole planning, development design, scheduling and day-to-day tracking, and short-term planning.
The role may include time embedded with various underground production crews in order to understand mine production roles firsthand.
