Job summary

WRHN Foundation in Kitchener-Waterloo is seeking an Officer, Engagement to coordinate and grow donor engagement and community connections across WRHN hospital network.

You will manage Inside WRHN tour program, donor meetings, Family Campaign, grateful patient philanthropy, and engagement experiences, ensuring a donor-centered experience.

This full-time hybrid role requires strong organization, communication, and teamwork with hospital staff and volunteers.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project management abilities for multiple programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with donors and partners.
• Experience in fundraising, donor relations or community engagement is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Inside WRHN tour schedules and logistics across sites.
• Lead donor and community engagement meetings, tours, and events.
• Prepare briefing materials and resources for engagement activities.
• Track follow-up and engagement with prospective supporters.
• Maintain accurate records in the donor CRM system.
