Job summary

Royal Bank of Canada seeks a Communications & Engagement Coordinator for the CLAO Group. You will support communications, content design, and program adoption across the CLAO Shared Services Team in Ontario during a 4-month winter student placement (January–April 2027).

You’ll deliver engaging content, coach staff on events, manage engagement programs, and track outcomes, while aligning with brand standards and timelines in a flexible work setup.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with social media and internal communications.
• SharePoint experience and knowledge of HTML.
• Video script development, filming and editing in Adobe Premiere.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to follow brand standards and manage timelines.
• Program coordination with stakeholders and multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Communications and Content Delivery: translate messages, identify positive news, publish internal/external content, coach staff for events.
• Program Enablement and Engagement: plan, develop, and execute engagement programs; create materials and timelines; coordinate milestones; track metrics and report to leadership.
