Concord Hospitality is seeking an energetic MC to host Le Petit Chef experiences in Ottawa. You will welcome guests, guide the dining journey, and present the program with warmth, polish, and brand alignment.

You will engage diverse audiences, maintain timing, and coordinate with culinary and production teams in a live setting. The ideal candidate has strong public speaking, stage presence, and hospitality experience, with the ability to adapt tone to different events and audiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent public-speaking, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• A warm, personable hosting style with professional presence.
• Strong improvisation and quick thinking under live audience conditions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and hospitality.
• Host and guide the dining experience from start to finish.
• Introduce the Le Petit Chef story, performances, courses, and moments clearly.
• Maintain energy and audience engagement throughout each presentation.
• Deliver scripted and unscripted remarks confidently and naturally.
• Adjust delivery, pacing, and tone to suit the audience and format.
• Coordinate with culinary, service, production, and management teams.
• Follow cues and maintain precise timing in a live setting.
• Make announcements about guest experience and venue procedures.
• Respond professionally to guest questions or unexpected situations.
• Create a welcoming, inclusive environment for all guests.
• Represent Le Petit Chef's/Hilton standards and brand.
• Participate in rehearsals, briefings, training, and feedback.
