Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of enterprise mobility and endpoint support experience.
• Experience with iOS and Android device management and carrier services.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of corporate mobile devices and services, including procurement, deployment, upgrades, inventory.
• Administer Intune and Apple Business Manager to ensure security and app management.
• Coordinate mobile contracts, renewals, device refresh programs, and service improvements.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for mobile and endpoint technologies like Intune, Autopilot, Tanium.
• Collaborate with IT, vendors and stakeholders to drive continuous endpoint service improvements.
