Qualifications

• Has 3+ years of relevant experience with Enterprise Mobility Management (macOS and iOS/iPadOS)
• Device management experience
• Expertise in configuring and managing device lifecycle processes in Jamf Pro.
• Experience with Entra ID and Microsoft 365 services, including deployment and configuration.
• Proficiency in using Jamf Pro to deploy software, manage configurations, and optimize user experience.
• Experience with Bash, PowerShell, and Graph API scripting to create and maintain custom automation scripts.
• Maintaining scripts using version control.
• Experience in deploying security policies, upgrading macOS/iOS/iPadOS, and managing security vulnerability updates.
• Familiarity with Jamf Configuration Profiles, Smart Groups, and reporting/analytics to optimize device management.
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID, Microsoft Security, and endpoint security practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for macOS/iOS/iPadOS endpoint management and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Develop and maintain device lifecycle processes including zero-touch deployments, policy creation, configuration profiles, OS updates, and app packaging.
• Provide production support for endpoint management across a large distributed environment.
• Automate processes and document operational procedures to increase efficiency and transparency.
• Research, design, and implement new technologies to improve end-user and business experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams to align on objectives and deliver results.
• Mentor junior team members and guide them through system complexities.
• Engage with Product Owners, Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders to ensure scope and requirements.
