Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in MDM/UEM environments.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Active Directory, Azure Services, and VPN configurations.
• Strong understanding of mobile OS architectures (iOS, Android, Windows).
• Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified Mobility and Security, CMDSP, CompTIA Mobility.
• Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement MDM solutions using platforms like Microsoft Intune, JAMF Pro, or Workspace ONE.
• Manage lifecycle of mobile devices (iOS, Android, Windows) including provisioning, enrollment, and decommissioning.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and automation tools to streamline device management.
• Configure and enforce security policies including encryption, conditional access, and app whitelisting/blacklisting.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated mobile device issues.

Mobility MDM Engineer

Job Summary: The Mobility MDM Engineer is responsible for the design, deployment, and management of mobile device management (MDM) solutions across the enterprise. This role ensures secure, compliant, and efficient operation of mobile devices including smartphones, tablets, and laptops, supporting both corporate‑owned and BYOD environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement MDM solutions using platforms like Microsoft Intune, JAMF Pro, or Workspace ONE.
• Manage lifecycle of mobile devices (iOS, Android, Windows) including provisioning, enrollment, and decommissioning.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and automation tools to streamline device management.
• Configure and enforce security policies including encryption, conditional access, and app whitelisting/blacklisting.
• Collaborate with IT Security to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated mobile device issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and document resolutions for recurring problems.
• Monitor device health, usage, and compliance through dashboards and analytics.
• Generate reports on device performance, security posture, and user activity.
• Work closely with infrastructure, network, and application teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Train end‑users and IT staff on mobile device usage, policies, and troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in MDM/UEM environments.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Active Directory, Azure Services, and VPN configurations.
• Strong understanding of mobile OS architectures (iOS, Android, Windows).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified Mobility and Security, CMDSP, CompTIA Mobility.
• Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience managing Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise mobility strategies and remote device solutions.
• Exposure to DevSecOps practices and automation frameworks.
