Job summary

Raas Infotek in Toronto, ON, is seeking an Endpoint Engineering Specialist – L2/L3 to lead enterprise endpoint services with hands-on expertise in Intune and MECM/SCCM. You will oversee endpoint administration, deployment, patching, compliance, and security, while driving automation and modernization efforts.

The role requires 6–8 years of experience, strong scripting skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex Endpoint issues across Windows environments.

Qualifications

  • 6–8 years of experience in endpoint engineering, endpoint administration, EUC, desktop engineering, or related IT operations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and MECM/SCCM.
  • Experience with application packaging/deployment, patch management, endpoint compliance, and vulnerability remediation.
  • Good knowledge of Windows 10/11, Entra ID, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
  • Working experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
  • Strong L2/L3 troubleshooting, root cause analysis, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and support Microsoft Intune and MECM/SCCM in a large enterprise environment.
  • Manage Intune configuration profiles, compliance policies, endpoint security policies, device enrollment, application deployments, and update policies.
  • Support Windows Autopilot, Windows Update for Business/Autopatch, Entra ID device management, and Defender for Endpoint.
  • Manage SCCM applications/packages, collections, software updates, deployment configurations, content distribution, and client health.
  • Support Intune/SCCM co-management and endpoint migration activities where applicable.
  • Package, test, deploy, upgrade, and troubleshoot enterprise applications through Intune and SCCM.
  • Manage monthly Windows/application patching, deployment monitoring, and patch compliance.
  • Troubleshoot failed application and patch deployments using Intune diagnostics, SCCM client logs, Event Viewer, and PowerShell.
  • Support vulnerability remediation and address non-compliant or vulnerable endpoints.
  • Provide L2/L3 support for complex endpoint incidents and escalations.
  • Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 Apps, Intune enrollment, SCCM clients, application deployment, patching, compliance, BitLocker, and Defender-related issues.
  • Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, deployment procedures, and knowledge articles.
  • Support change management, testing, pilot deployments, and production rollouts.
  • Participate in endpoint modernization initiatives including Intune adoption, SCCM-to-Intune migration, Autopilot, and endpoint security improvements.

Purpose

The Endpoint Engineering Specialist – L2/L3 is responsible for managing and supporting enterprise endpoint services, with strong hands‑on expertise in Microsoft Intune and MECM/SCCM. The role focuses on endpoint administration, application deployment, patching, compliance, vulnerability remediation, troubleshooting, and continuous service improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Endpoint Management – Intune & SCCM
  • Administer and support Microsoft Intune and MECM/SCCM in a large enterprise environment.
  • Manage Intune configuration profiles, compliance policies, endpoint security policies, device enrollment, application deployments, and update policies.
