Job summary

Clark Builders is hiring an IS Services and Support Intern in Edmonton for an 8-month term starting January 2027. The role focuses on troubleshooting customer technology issues on first contact and triaging to the right teams. You will document issues, provide remote support, and contribute to knowledge materials.

You’ll work with a team to deliver end‑user training and ensure high‑quality, timely IT services across offices and job sites.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary tech program.
• Experience in a technical customer service role is an asset.
• Software/hardware certifications are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and troubleshoot service requests at first contact via multiple platforms.
• Record and document issue details in the service desk tool.
• Provide remote access support to offices and job sites.
• Escalate concerns to subject-matter experts as needed.
• Contribute to knowledge bases and end-user guides.
• Assist in delivering end-user training with the IS team.
