• Experience with pricing or tender processes preferred.
• CIFFA or equivalent logistics education is an asset.
• Dangerous Goods Certification, an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tender Governance & Process Leadership, ensuring compliance across tender activities.
• Oversee RFI, RFP, and RFQ responses, including structure, pricing matrices, clarifications, and deadlines.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage multiple high-priority deadlines.
• Maintain pricing databases for transportation, logistics, distribution, and value-added services.
• Prepare and present high-quality proposal packages for client submission.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market positioning to support strategy.
