Job summary

Natural Factors in Kelowna, BC is seeking an Encapsulation Operator to set up, operate and clean our encapsulation lines producing soft gel capsules. You will work on reliable machinery and contribute to product quality in a GMP environment.

Applicants should be mechanically inclined, able to lift up to 40lbs, and thrive in a fast-paced, safety-focused facility. This full-time role offers competitive compensation and benefits as part of a growing company.

Qualifications

• Mechanical experience operating and setting up equipment with hand tools.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift up to 40lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Team player with good communication and cooperative attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture quality soft gel capsules.
• Maintain and operate encapsulation machines and rooms.
• Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment.
• Monitor operation and perform in-process checks with adjustments as needed.
• Troubleshoot production issues as they arise.
• Work a two-week rotating shift: Wed-Sat / Thu-Sat 6:00 PM–6:10 AM.
