• Certificate plus 2 years’ experience.
• Equivalent combination of education, experience and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, client-centered support to individuals and families experiencing family violence and crisis.
• Support intake, crisis intervention, case management, advocacy, life skills development, and aftercare services.
• Empower residents to build independence through housing, budgeting, parenting, and accessing community resources; facilitate workshops and activities.
• Maintain client records, participate in team meetings and training, and contribute to safe house operations.
