The Employment Law Associate will assist with a variety of substantive, complex, and routine legal activities and report to the Head of the Labour/Employment Department.
This non-remote position will be located at our head office in Mississauga.
The ideal candidate will advise mainly employer clients on all matters of employment and labour law, human rights law, and employment litigation (including trials, hearings, appeals, summary trials, and summary judgment motions). The ideal candidate will have experience or familiarity in civil litigation, employment standards and practices, wrongful dismissal, human rights and accommodation, occupational health and safety, and drafting and reviewing documents.

The salary range for this position is $120,000-$150,000.
