Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Employment and/or Labour Law.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with the Federal Court and Supreme Court.
• Fluency in English and French (spoken and written).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and support more than one lawyer.
• Strong client service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
