Job summary

John Howard Society of Hamilton, Burlington & Area is seeking an Employment Counsellor / Job Developer to support justice-involved individuals with pre-employment coaching, job development, and retention strategies.

The role requires building connections with local employers, delivering individual and group services, and coordinating with the Employment Services Team Lead to align supports with client goals. Evening/weekend availability may be required as flexibility is needed.
