Qualifications

  • Completed certificate or diploma; business or finance education is an asset.
  • Two to five years of experience in a business, financial, pension, benefits, or client-service environment.
  • Strong accuracy, judgment, follow-through, and comfort with policies, procedures, calculations, and deadlines.
  • Ability to explain complex information clearly to employers, clients, or administrators.
  • Strong communication, organization, analytical thinking, time management, and problem-solving skills.

We are hiring Employer Services Representatives to be a practical, trusted advisor to participating employers. This role sits at the front line of employer service: helping pay and benefits administrators understand pension requirements, submit accurate information, resolve issues quickly, and meet their obligations with confidence. The right candidate brings strong judgment, client-service discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to turn complex pension rules into clear, useful guidance.


What You’ll Own

What You Bring



  • A completed certificate or diploma; business or finance education is an asset.

  • Two to five years of experience in a business, financial, pension, benefits, or client-service environment.

  • Strong accuracy, judgment, follow-through, and comfort working with policies, procedures, calculations, and deadlines.

  • The ability to explain complex information clearly to employers, clients, or administrators.

  • Strong communication, organization, analytical thinking, time management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Compass, Employer Portal, Ariel, Admin Portal, and CRM is a strong asset.

  • Contact centre experience is an asset.

  • Preference may be given to candidates who have successfully performed this role in a temporary capacity.
