Teck Resources Limited in Vancouver, BC, is seeking an Employee Wellbeing Coordinator (Part-Time) to support the global wellbeing strategy. This role partners with Health & Safety, HR, Communications and site leaders to drive programming for physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.
Working 20 hours per week in a hybrid environment, you will coordinate committees, campaigns, surveys, and events, track engagement, and help develop resources for site-level wellbeing champions.

Supporting the Wellbeing Community of Practice (Wellbeing COP) at Teck, the Employee Wellbeing Coordinator (Part-Time) plays a key role in supporting the organization’s global wellbeing strategy by coordinating initiatives, strengthening site-level engagement, and ensuring alignment across programs that promote physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.
This role partners closely with Health & Safety, HR, Communications, and site leaders to drive consistent, meaningful programming that supports a healthy and engaged workforce.
This is a part-time role with an expected schedule of 20 hours per week.
Pay Range: CAD $68,000 - $84,000 per year
The actual amount offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
