Job summary

Ledcor is seeking an Employee Support Representative to provide tier 1 service for employees, managers, and internal teams. You will handle inquiries via phone, chat, and written questions, and route complex issues to the right teams while keeping employees informed.

This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least one day per week, with standard hours 9:00 am–6:00 pm PST in Vancouver. Prior experience in HR support and familiarity with HRIS systems is beneficial.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of service center or equivalent HR assistant experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service using strong communication and listening skills.
  • High level of data accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with Workday and ServiceNow is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to employee inquiries via phone, chat, and ServiceNow using knowledge base resources.
  • Prepare and validate employment verification letters in line with policy.
  • Review and validate employee records in the HRIS and report issues for improvements.
  • Collaborate with teammates to troubleshoot issues and identify root causes.

Job description

As part of our Employee Support Representative team, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of full employee life cycle experiences across Ledcor. In your new role you will be responsible for providing tier 1 customer service to employees, managers, other internal teams and external parties.

Your new position will see you address inquiries through various communication channels such as phone calls, chat messages, and written questions and act as the first point of contact for Employee Services. When necessary, the Employee Support Representative will pass along the query to the other relevant teams, all while maintaining the communication with the employee throughout to ensure excellent service delivery.

The role will require you to work 9:00 am - 6:00 pm PST in Vancouver.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Respond to employee inquiries via phone, chat, and ServiceNow using knowledge base resources and internal records
  • Prepare and validate employment verification letters, ensuring policy compliance
  • Review and validate employee records in our HRIS Identify and report system issues or recurring inquiries to support continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues, identifying root causes
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of service center or equivalent human resources assistant experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service using strong communication and listening skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a high level of precision of data and accuracy in any deliverables
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high demand, team oriented, and fast-paced environment
  • Flexible with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the organization
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Experience with Workday and ServiceNow is an asset
Working Conditions
  • Hybrid role, working at least 1 day per week in office with the ability to attend additionally as the business requires
  • Working hours - 9am-6pm PST
Compensation

$40,400.00 - $55,550.00

This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
