Retail Store Manager

Are you passionate about creating a dynamic sales team and amazing customer experiences? We are now accepting applications for a full-time Retail Store Manager at our Prince Albert location.

As one of SaskTel’s largest authorized dealers with 18 retail locations, we offer wireless, internet, TV, home security, and repair services to customers across the province. The Role:
  1. Manage and motivate a team to increased sales and operational efficiency.
  2. Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met.
  3. Oversee recruitment, hiring, and scheduling processes.
  4. Provide ongoing coaching, support, and feedback to enhance team performance.
  5. Manage and maintain inventory to optimize stock levels.
  6. Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.
  7. Participate in planning and executing promotional activities and sales campaigns.
  8. Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.
  9. Oversee all aspects of store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
The Skills:
  1. 3-5 years of experience in retail management.
  2. A degree in business is considered an asset.
  3. A proven track record in customer outreach and retention.
  4. Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
  5. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and enhance profitability through effective operational management.
  6. Excellent problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
