Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience focused on the employee journey and listening campaigns.
• Experience designing surveys and analyzing data.
• Broad experience as a Project Manager using agile and design thinking.
• Proficiency with HR information systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver employee experience programs across the journey.
• Incorporate feedback, data, insights and human-centered design.
• Lead initiatives from concept to launch with a people-first approach.
• Create recognition experiences that reinforce Servus values.
• Manage programs, budgets, vendors, and performance.
• Translate data into actionable insights to improve engagement.
• Develop communications and learning materials for program adoption.
• Partner with leaders to build engaging, sustainable programs.
