Job summary

Northern Health is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to join Stikine D&T Centre as Program Lead. You will provide leadership, supervise staff, and coordinate resources to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care within the designated program areas.

The role emphasizes staff development, performance management, and collaboration across disciplines to improve care outcomes and operational efficiency. Strong leadership and clinical expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Registered with BCCNM as RN or RPN.
• 3 years in a management/leadership role with 4+ years clinical experience in specialty.
• Valid BC Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to staff within designated program/area.
• Coordinate resources and determine workforce requirements.
• Oversee hiring, performance reviews, and staff development.
• Facilitate problem solving and ensure patient-centered care delivery.
• Direct patient care as required within the program area.
